Software License / EULA

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the software or digital product according to the purchased license period and product terms.

Ownership of the underlying software, source code, branding and intellectual property remains with NESXT or the applicable rights holder. Customers may not unlawfully copy, redistribute, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer or bypass license controls.

Product-specific license conditions displayed at purchase form part of the applicable license agreement.
