Digital Delivery Policy

NESXT software and digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment and order confirmation, eligible downloads, license information or access instructions are provided through the customer account, order details and/or official order communication.

Payments that require manual verification, including certain bank-transfer methods, are fulfilled after payment is verified. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their NESXT Hub account.
