Refund & Cancellation Policy

NESXT primarily sells digital products and software licenses. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on the product, delivery status, license activation and the reason for the request.

If a customer is charged incorrectly, receives the wrong product, or cannot access a purchased product because of a verified NESXT delivery issue, the customer should contact nesxt.net@gmail.com with the order details for review.

Where a digital product has already been downloaded, a license activated, or access otherwise consumed, a refund may be restricted except where required by applicable law or where NESXT confirms a product or delivery fault. Approved refunds are returned through an available appropriate payment method and may require payment-provider processing time.
