NESXT Hub collects information reasonably required to create customer accounts, process and record orders, deliver digital products, manage software licenses, prevent misuse and provide customer support. This may include name, email address, contact details, order information and technical licensing information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment data handled directly by those providers is subject to their own systems and privacy practices. NESXT uses reasonable safeguards for information under its control and does not require customers to send card PINs, wallet PINs or one-time passwords to customer support.
