These terms apply to purchases and use of products offered by NESXT through NESXT Hub. By placing an order, customers agree to the product description, price, license period, delivery terms and applicable software license conditions shown at purchase.

Customers must provide accurate order and contact information. Licensed products may be used only within the permissions of the purchased license. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing of license credentials or circumvention of licensing controls is prohibited.

Product compatibility, features, pricing and license periods are stated on the relevant product or checkout page. NESXT may improve or update products and services while preserving valid customer entitlements subject to the applicable license.
